super quick and delicious

Depending on whether you’re using fresh or frozen berries, they should be thawed first. I like to do this overnight in the refrigerator. Mix the chia seeds with about 50 ml of water and let it steep for five minutes. Meanwhile, juice the orange. Then add the berries, yogurt, orange juice, and softened chia seeds, along with any remaining water from the chia seeds, to the blender and blend until smooth. If you like it sweeter, add a little stevia or sugar at the end.
