Pink Latte with Beetroot and Ginger
The perfect pink latte with beetroot and ginger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 tuber Beetroot
- 1 Walnut-sized piece Peeled ginger
- 150 Milliliters White tea
- 500 Milliliters Almond milk
- The beetroot must first be finely pureed together with the ginger. Now gradually add the white tea to the mixture and stir in. It is best to swing the hand blender again so that there are no more bits to be found at the end. To be on the safe side, you can simply pour the juice mixture through a sieve. Alternatively, beetroot, ginger and white tea can also be crushed directly in a blender. (Tip: Let the tea steep and sweeten it if necessary before it combines with beetroot and ginger.)
- Then it comes to the almond milk. Use a whisk to foam them up well. (Tip: You can use almond milk sweetened with dates, because then the tea no longer has to be added with extra sugar.)
- Now distribute the frothed almond milk between four glasses. Then carefully pour in the beetroot-ginger mixture without damaging the foam. Voilá – pink latte to enjoy and recharge your batteries!
