Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 small rolls
  • 10 lettuce leaves (Lollo Bionda)
  • 20 slice(s) salmon (pollock slices in oil)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 eggs, boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the rolls and spread the Lollo Bionda on top. Top with the pollock slices. Slice the onion into rings and the egg into slices, and garnish the rolls with them.
