Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 rolls, toast
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 onions, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely diced
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 bell peppers, red, finely diced
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- cumin
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Thyme
- rosemary
- oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Divide the bread rolls and place them on two baking sheets. Brown the ground beef over high heat until it falls apart. Add the onions and garlic, continue to cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, and briefly sauté the diced bell peppers. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly. Season to taste with the spices and herbs. Stir in the sour cream and 2/3 of the grated cheese, and season again. Spread a good tablespoon of the mixture on each bread roll, spread the remaining cheese on top, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Delicious both cold and warm, and also great to take with you!
