Pistachio Ice Cream with Chocolate Cakes and Berries on Vanilla Foam
The perfect pistachio ice cream with chocolate cakes and berries on vanilla foam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pistacchio icecream:
- 250 ml Vanilla foam
- 250 g Milk
- 250 g Cream
- 120 g Sugar
- 140 g Egg yolk
- 75 g Chopped pistachios
Chocolate cake:
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 6 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Dark chocolate
Pistacchio icecream:
- Puree 50 g of the pistachios with the milk and bring to the boil with the remaining pistachios, vanilla pods and cream. Mix the egg yolks well with the sugar. Slowly pour the hot cream-milk mixture onto the sugar-egg yolk mixture. Stir constantly !!! Let everything get a little cold and put in the ice cream maker.
Chocolate cake:
- Beat the softened butter with the sugar until frothy. Add the eggs and the liquid chocolate. Put everything in a coated pan and bake at 170 degrees.
Serving:
- Place the finished vanilla foam on the plate, place the pistachio ice cream and chocolate cakes on top and place the berries on top.
