Pistachio Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g pasta
  • salt water
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • n. B. water
  • 4 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, bring the stock cube and water (according to the package instructions) to a boil. Then add the crème fraîche. Finely chop the pistachios and add them. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, top with the balsamic vinegar. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
