This slightly different Pizza BallaBalla is extremely quick to prepare, exceptionally delicious, and can easily be adapted to your individual taste. 1. Lightly grease a 22-26 cm springform pan or a similar casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit), or 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). 2. Season the tomatoes with chili flakes or cayenne pepper, plenty of oregano, a little salt, and (optionally) about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Finely chop the garlic and add it as well. Mix everything thoroughly. 3. Spread the tomato mixture evenly on the bread rolls and place the salami slices on top. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. 4. Place the pan in the oven and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes, or a little longer if desired. 5. Optionally, garnish the baked pizza with a few sage or basil leaves. 6. Enjoy!
