quick and easy finger food

First, put the flour, sugar, baking powder, quark, milk, oil, and salt in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Then cut the bell peppers into very small pieces. Then knead the ham, cheese, and bell peppers into the dough by hand until everything is well combined and a large lump forms. Then form small balls about three centimeters in diameter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Always leave some space between the balls, as the dough will expand slightly in the oven. Then put the tray in the oven preheated to 180°C fan-assisted (200°C top/bottom heat) and bake. This takes about 15 minutes. Serve hot. Various sauces, such as guacamole or salsa, go well with them.
