Pizza bread as snails with herb butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 325 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 125 g butter
  • ½ bag of herbs, of your choice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the first four ingredients and let it rise for about an hour. Crumb the butter with the herbs, garlic, and salt. Roll out the dough and spread the butter on top. Then roll the dough and cut into approximately 4 cm wide rolls. Place these in a greased baking dish. Bake the pizza rolls in the oven at 225°C for about 20-30 minutes.
