Pizza cake without yeast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g salami, diced
  • 100 g mushrooms or bell peppers, diced
  • 200 g Gouda or pizza cheese, grated
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 190 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp, heaped pizza seasoning
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides. Mix the flour, eggs, milk, and spices in a food processor. Stir in the ham, salami, mushrooms, and/or bell peppers and cheese with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake. Baking time: 30-45 minutes, depending on the oven. Baking temperature: fan oven 160°C, top/bottom heat 180°C. The recipe is enough for 2 people in a springform pan. The cake isn’t very tall. For parties, I make 1 1/2 times the recipe in the springform pan and double the recipe on a baking tray.
