Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 90 g sour cream
  • 50 g herb butter, room temperature
  • 90 g cream cheese
  • 90 g cheese (grated Emmental)
  • 90 g ham, diced
  • 3 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Recipe for 6 bread halves

Combine the sour cream, herb butter, and cream cheese in a bowl and mix well. Add the Emmental cheese and diced ham and mix well. Cut the rolls open, spread evenly with the cheese mixture, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until golden brown. These rolls taste best when slightly cooled. Tip: This spread is easy to make ahead.
