Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • e.g. pizza dough
  • e.g. tomato sauce for pizza
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp thyme, dried
  • Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 hours; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours

delicious Italian pizza

Prepare the dough and tomato sauce. You can find the recipes for these in my recipes. Shape the dough into pizzas and spread with tomato sauce. Cut the mozzarella into very thin slices and place them on the pizzas. Sprinkle with thyme and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake the pizzas at 225 to 250°C for about 10 minutes.
