Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt or tomato or chili salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 150g Gouda
  • 6 slices of cooked ham or salami of your choice
  • 6 olives or pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Pizza and muffins in a different shape and flavor

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Then, combine the baking powder, flour, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Chop the bell peppers, garlic, cheese, basil, oregano, pepper, ham or salami, olives or chili peppers, etc., and place them in a second bowl. Then, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil, add them, and mix everything well. Now, using a whisk, add the flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring constantly and briskly. This will form a batter that can be a bit lumpy, as otherwise the muffins may dry out during baking. Now, divide the mixture between a 12-hole muffin tin and bake for about 25 minutes.
