Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml water, warm
- 5 g dry yeast
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 1 shot of oil
- 100 g ham
- 100 g pineapple
- 100g salami
- 200 g cheese
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 100 g mushrooms
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes
Pour the yeast over the water, let stand for 3 minutes, and then stir. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Add the yeast water and vegetable oil and knead everything into a dough. Oil the bowl and add the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Cut the filling ingredients into small pieces. Spread the dough out, add the filling, and knead in. Form small balls and place them in a greased muffin tin. Brush the balls with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let rise for 15 minutes and then bake in a 200°C oven with top/bottom heat for about 25 minutes. The fillings can be varied as desired. You can also divide the dough and knead in different fillings.
