Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 3 cans of tomatoes
- 3 cans of mushrooms
- 4 bell peppers, colored
- Processed cheese corners
- 2 cups sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Broth, granulated
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
to prepare quickly
Brown the minced meat with salt and pepper. Chop the tomatoes and add them. The mushrooms can be added with or without liquid. Dice the bell peppers and add them. Add as much water and broth as you like (depending on how thin you want the soup). Then let the soup simmer until the peppers reach the desired consistency. Finally, add the processed cheese, sour cream, and oregano. We always use reduced-fat processed cheese. If it’s very hot or humid, I add the processed cheese just before serving. Otherwise, the soup might turn sour—and that would be a shame. Delicious with baguette or bread rolls.
