Plaice with egg cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s) (plaice)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the fish in boiling, salted water for about 10 minutes. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and finely chop them. Heat the butter, stir in the mustard and eggs. Stir continuously and season with salt and pepper. Serve the fish with the cream. Serve with rice or potatoes.
