- 400 g flour
- 2 sachets of dry yeast
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g margarine, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 kg plum(s)
- 100 g almond(s), chopped for sprinkling

For the dough, mix the flour with the dried yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add the lukewarm milk and melted margarine and knead everything into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 35-45 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and pit the plums. Grease a baking sheet and line with the dough. Arrange the plums close together on the dough in a fan-like pattern. Sprinkle with the almonds, sugar, and cinnamon. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
