Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g banana(s), peeled and weighed (leopard species)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 400 g brown rice, medium grain, ground
  • 100 g buckwheat, ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 cl brandy (plum brandy)
  • 500 g plum(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

gluten-free + dairy-free / own recipe

Puree the bananas with the lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together to make 8 cl plum brandy. Finally, fold in the chopped plums. Pour everything into a 30 cm king cake pan lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Bake in a cold oven at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for about 60-70 minutes. Leave in the pan for a while. After about 15 minutes, carefully grasp the baking paper and let cool on a wire rack.
