Plum Cake Snack

- Shortcrust pastry as a finished product (or own production)
- Egg (size L)
- Big plums
- Lavender sugar
- Quark double cream
- Butter
- Honey balsamic vinegar
- Cremefine vanilla
Little coward

- Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut out. Brush the dumplings with the beaten egg. Pour into an appropriate form greased with butter. I use a muffin tin for this. Sprinkle thinly with lavender sugar.
- Halve the plums and place on the talers with the pulp facing up. Sprinkle with lavender sugar .. Now in the oven for about 16-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- In the meantime, stir the quark until smooth. Beat and fold in the cremfine. Off to the fridge.
- Now take the tartis out of the oven and sprinkle with one or two drops of balsamic vinegar (depending on taste). Arrange everything nicely on a plate … or place it on a plate for self-service.
Modification to the adult version
- Törti a big dollop of curd cream and a coward. Half of the coward over the quark … then drink the rest with relish. Now a delicious cup of coffee … Done.
