Plum Muffins
The perfect plum muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Fresh plums
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 125 g Sugar
- 125 g Soft butter
- 1 piece Egg
- 50 g Chocolate white
- Powdered sugar brown
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the egg with sugar and butter. Mix flour with baking powder, stir in buttermilk first, then stir in flour mixture.
- Wash the plums, stone them and cut into small pieces. Grate the chocolate finely. Fold both into the dough. Fill the muffin tray with 6 silicone molds, place the remaining silicone molds (for me there were 9 silicone molds) on an oven rack and fill with the batter.
- Bake the plum muffins in the oven on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
