Plum Tartlets with Custard Filling

  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Margarine

filling

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Plum juice
  • 2 tbsp Food starch
  • 1 Vanilla pods
  • 1 Organic egg yolks

Covering

  • 1 Preserved plums 600 grams
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla powdered sugar
  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough, distribute them in the 4 small greased tartlet molds and press them on. Bake for 10 minutes at 150 ° C and fan oven.
  2. Warm the milk with the juice, the vanilla pod and the pulp. Stir in the cornstarch and bring to the boil, stir in the egg yolks and remove from the hob.
  3. Pour 4 tablespoons of pudding into the tartlets and top with the plums. Bake for another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
  4. After cooling, remove the tartlets from the mold and sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar.
