Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of pointed cabbage
  • 2 apples, red
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter the pointed cabbage, cut the quarters lengthwise again, and cut into very thin slices. Depending on their size, quarter or eighth the apples and slice them thinly. Roughly chop the walnuts. For the dressing: Whisk the dressing ingredients well and mix everything together. Variations: Mandarins also taste good instead of apples. It will be more delicious if the walnuts are lightly toasted and caramelized beforehand.
