Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pointed cabbage, small
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • some butter
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves

Wash the pointed cabbage, quarter it, remove the stalk, and cut it into thin strips. Add salt and sugar, mix well with your hands, and let it draw water. Cook the pointed cabbage with a slice of butter and a crushed garlic clove. Meanwhile, finely slice the cilantro. Once the pointed cabbage is tender, remove the garlic. Season with salt and sugar. Add the cilantro and stir in.
