Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 100 g chard
- 200 g shrimp
- 200 g rice
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 lemon(s), juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cook the rice in a pot of water until tender, then let it cool. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and cook in a pan with a little water. Wash the chard and cut into strips. Cut the mango and avocado into pieces or slices. Mix a dressing with wasabi paste, honey, oil, and lemon juice. Then arrange the rice in bowls, arrange the prepared ingredients on top, and pour the dressing over the rice.
