Cut the turkey into small, bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes. Dice the onions and finely chop the garlic. First, brown the turkey with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, and a little oregano, then remove from the pan. Briefly brown the potatoes in the pan and season with paprika and a little salt. Fry the onions and garlic in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until translucent. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly, then deglaze with the water. Now add the cinnamon, oregano, thyme, Metaxa, and paprika. I always use about 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon for 4 servings. Bring everything to a boil briefly, then add the potatoes and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Now add the browned turkey and the beans. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The dish is ready when it is nice and creamy. It tastes almost even better the next day. I always add quite a bit of cinnamon; it tastes best that way.
