- 100 g corn semolina
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 1 m.-sized sweet potato(s)

Peel the sweet potato, cut it into small cubes, and place it in a large pot with the water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sweet potato is tender. Gradually add the cornmeal, reduce the heat, stirring constantly, and cook for about 3 minutes. Tip: You can also add pumpkin to taste. If you like it sweet, add sugar or brown sugar. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and add it with the sweet potato.
