- 1 kg Beef fillet
- 4 Pc. Tomatoes
- 3 piece Onion
- Vegetables
- 750 ml Red wine
- 100 g Polenta
- Butter
- Sear 1 kg of beef fillet, then place in a casserole with tomatoes, onions and any vegetables, add 750 ml of red wine and stew at 100 degrees for 4 hours.
- Put the polenta in a saucepan with bubbly water and stir well. Let the polenta steep for 15 minutes over low heat. Then place on a baking sheet with Bach paper, smooth it out, let it cool and let it harden. Just before serving, fry the cut out polenta in a pan with butter until golden brown.
