Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- Breadcrumbs, as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Make a dough from the quark, eggs, flour, salt, and paprika. Form a few large dumplings and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place them in boiling salted water until the dumplings float, then remove and drain. Serve with sauerkraut and crispy fried onions.
