Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 cl vermouth
- 80 ml balsamic vinegar
- 150 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Crispy cucumber salad with peppers and vermouth
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly, still with the skin on. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly and dice them finely. Wash the parsley, dill, and basil, pat dry, and chop finely. Combine the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a jar and shake well. Then add the herbs, mustard, vermouth, and olive oil and shake again. Transfer everything to a bowl and mix well.
