Pollock on green noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g olives, black
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 300 g tagliatelle, green
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic cloves. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic cloves. Cut the pollock fillet into finger-thick strips and add them to the pan with the olives. Pour in the white wine, season with salt and pepper, and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the green tagliatelle in boiling salted water. Arrange the pollock strips and olives on top of the tagliatelle.
