Pollock with paprika topping from the steamer

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large pollock fillets
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange
  • salt and pepper
  • some cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pat the pollock fillet dry and place it on the steamer rack. Deseed and dice the bell peppers. Distribute the diced peppers over the pollock fillet. Steam for 20 minutes at 100°C (212°F). If the fillet isn’t too thick, 15 minutes will suffice. After cooking, season with salt and pepper and garnish with cress to serve.
