Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pomelo(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp syrup (glucose syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes

Juice the pomelo. Boil the sugar and water until syrupy, add the glucose syrup and let it dissolve. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
