Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g octopus
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion(s)
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mediterranean-style octopus
First, thaw the octopus, rinse it, and dry it. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry the octopus until browned. Season with salt and deglaze with lemon juice. Finely chop the onion and add it. Add the tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with lamb’s lettuce.
