Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 30 g butter
- 125g Gorgonzola
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Sicilian Gorgonzola Spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, mash the cheese with a fork. Melt the cheese and butter in a wide pan. Add the drained spaghetti and toss with the sauce. Season with pepper. Stir again and serve immediately. The butter can also be replaced with very good olive oil.
