Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 225 g sugar
  • 225 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g chocolate shavings
  • 200 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely grind the oats in a blender. Grate the chocolate. Combine the butter, both sugars, chocolate, vanilla sugar, and salt with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer. Stir in the eggs. Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix in the oat flour, chocolate chips, and hazelnuts. With wet hands, form into walnut-sized balls. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving about 5 cm of space between each ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-14 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
