Pork Chop with Potato – Carrot – Mashed Turnip
The perfect pork chop with potato – carrot – mashed turnip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spice up :
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
breading:
- Flour
- 1 Pc. Egg whisked
- Panko flour
- 1 Pc. Carrot
- 0,5 Pc. Turnip
- 1 liter Salted water
- 1 pinch Sugar
admit later:
- 2 Pc. Waxy potatoes
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
refine:
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 1 shot Liquid cream
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
Melt:
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- Wash the chop, rub dry with paper towel. Season, bread.
Stamp:
- Cut the turnip into slices, then peel and cut into cubes.
- Peel the carrot into slices then cut into cubes. Cook with the turnips for about 15-18 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the potatoes and add them to the vegetables. Also add the onion, season. Cook for about 20 minutes, then drain.
- Make the butter liquid, add the vegetable and potato mix, mash. Season to taste with cream and spices.
