Olli’s Meatloaf

The perfect olli’s meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 100 g Mountain cheese
  • 30 g Cut the bacon mixed into cubes
  • 15 Discs Pork bacon streaked (breakfast bacon)
  • 2 medium-sized Eggs
  • 1 medium-sized Grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly chopped sage
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Pretzels old
  • 800 g Potatoes triplets
  • 3 ten Chopped garlic
  • Herbs to your own taste
  • Salt roughly to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, crumble the pretzel into small pieces (like breadcrumbs), grate the onion, smoked bacon, pretzel, eggs, basil, sage, paprika powder, add to the minced meat in the bowl and mix, season with salt and pepper. Shape the whole thing into a body and make a hollow in the middle, fill it with the cheese and close it again. Put the potatoes in a baking dish with salt, garlic and the herbs, drizzle with the olive oil. Place the meatloaf on the potatoes and put in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200º and bake for 45-55 minutes
