Ingredients

  • 3 Pork fillets (450 - 500 g each)
  • 1 Light soy sauce 150 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 bunch Chopped marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 ml Meat broth (1 teaspoon instant) / alternatively 200 ml red wine
  • 100 g Cooking cream
  • Possibly flour

Instructions

  • Clean / parry pork fillets, wash off with cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper, place in a flat bowl / dish and marinate with the soy sauce (150 ml) for about 45 minutes. Brush the marinade again from time to time. Spread butter on an ovenproof dish and put the well-drained fillets in it. Season / roll well on all sides with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and fresh chopped marjoram. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes (tin without lid!). Wrap the meat in aluminum paper and let it rest / steep for about 10 minutes. Dissolve the roast set with the meat stock or red wine, pour in the cooking cream (100 g) and let it reduce. Season with the remaining marinade, salt and pepper. If the sauce is still too thin, thicken it with a little flour. Cut the meat diagonally into slices (approx. 2 cm thick) with a very sharp knife and serve with the sauce. Serve with broccoli and croquettes.
