Pork Fillet from Wok

The perfect pork fillet from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

marinade

  • 1 Pc. Red pepper
  • 1 Pc. Yellow pepper
  • 200 g Sugar snap
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 bunch Coriander
  • 1 Pc. Ginger
  • 1 shot Soy sauce
  • 1 shot Fish sauce
  • 1 shot Peanut oil

marinade

  1. Crush the chilli pepper, garlic cloves, ginger and coriander in a mortar. Add the peanut oil, soy sauce and fish sauce and stir well. Divide the pork fillet lengthways and then cut into small cubes. Mix the marinade well with the meat and let stand for about 1 hour.

preparation

  1. Cut the onions into strips. Core the paprika and cut into small pieces (diamonds approx. 1x1cm) Cut off the ends of the sugar peas and cut the pods into pieces approx.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and briefly sear the pork tenderloin. Then take the fillet out of the wok again.
  3. Sear the onions, bell peppers and snow peas in a wok.
  4. Add the meat back in. Add a little soy sauce or fish sauce, depending on your taste. Finished
