  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

  • 100 ml Cremefine
  • 1 handful of bacon cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Suitable for food combining

First, cut the pork fillet into medallions. Meanwhile, heat the frying fat in a pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Briefly and vigorously sear the medallions on both sides in the fat. Then remove from the pan and slice the spring onions and the zucchini. Sear in the remaining frying fat. Season the pork medallions with salt and pepper. Place the zucchini and spring onions in a greased baking dish, arrange the medallions on top, and add the bacon cubes. Heat the cream and herb cream cheese in the pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste, and then pour the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Those who follow a food combining diet can enjoy this dish as is. If you don’t want to do this, you can easily add rice or noodles.
