Ingredients
 

The meat from the baking pan

  • 1,4 kg Pork shoulder
  • 8 Waxy potatoes
  • 5 Peeled garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Coarse salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

The cucumbers

  • 2 Land cucumbers
  • 2 Fresh shallots
  • Oil
  • Rose paprika powder
  • Coarse salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

The meat.....

  • 1 ...... I just didn't have a casserole or roasting pan in my dormitory .... oh and then I just took the baking pan. The potatoes are peeled and cut into slices, the garlic peeled off and both came in the mold below. Salt and a little oil. I cut the meat twice so that it could be unfolded. It was peppered with salt and one side was rubbed with tomato paste. The part was then rolled up and packed into the mold. Doesn't need to be tied up. Didn’t go apart anymore 🙂
  • Add a cup of water and put it in the oven at 120 ° C for 1 hour and then for another 3 hours at 80 ° C. Time for school.

The potatoes

  • When everything was ready, I took the potatoes out of the mold and seared them in a little oil. They looked so pale. The bottle went back into the oven to keep it warm.

The cucumbers

  • Clean and slice the cucumbers. Put on a saucepan, peel the shallots and cut them into large cubes and sweat everything with a little oil. Let simmer in the pot for about 20 minutes and you're done.
