Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 3 tbsp cornmeal
  • e.g. milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Corn semolina soup

Bring water to a boil and stir in the cornmeal. Add salt and a splash of milk (depending on how thick you want the soup). Add cinnamon and stir frequently. The soup will be ready in 10 minutes at the latest.
