Ingredients
Pork steak:
- 2 piece Marinated neck steaks
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
Fried porcini mushrooms:
- 250 g Fresh porcini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Mushroom pan / spice from ANKERKRAUT *)
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
Serve:
- Herb butter
- 2 * ½ mini peppers to garnish
- Baguette or bread roll
Instructions
Pork steak:
- Heat sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) in a pan, fry the neck steaks on both sides until golden-brown, remove and keep warm until serving.
Fried porcini mushrooms:
- Clean / brush stone mushrooms (attention: do not wash!) And cut into slices. Put butter (2 tbsp) in the pork steak frying pan, add the sliced porcini mushrooms and fry for a few minutes on both sides. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and the spices from ANKERKRAUT mushroom pan (1 teaspoon). *) Composition of ANKERKRAUT mushroom pan: sea salt, tomato chips (tomato, corn starch), garlic, sweet paprika, parsley, rosemary, celery, oregano, marjoram, coriander seeds, thyme, lemon peel, allspice, fenugreek seeds
Serve:
- Pork steak with fried porcini mushrooms, garnished with herb butter and half a mini pepper. Serve. Baguette or bread rolls are enough.
