The perfect pork steaks with jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pork steaks freshly pickled
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Potato fresh unpeeled
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  1. Wash potatoes, scrub with a brush and boil in salted water. Fry the steaks in hot oil on both sides, remove and wrap in foil. Add the wine and milk to the hot fat, reduce a little and season to taste.
  2. Drain the potatoes and peel them. Toss in hot butter, salt and pepper. Add the steaks to the sauce again. We ate tomato salad with it. The steaks were left over from the barbecue evening yesterday.
