Porridge – My Breakfast
The perfect porridge – my breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 tbsp Fine oatmeal
- 2 cups Filtered water
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Plant-Based milk
- 2 cups Ground cinnamon
- 2 cups ************
- 1 handful Raisins
- 1 piece Banana
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 handful Cashews
- 1 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
- I cook my oatmeal the evening before, so everything can soak up well overnight. Bring the oatmeal to a boil in the water or milk and cook, stir in the cinnamon and, when it has cooled, put it in the refrigerator overnight. I don’t put sugar on it because the bananas and apples are sweet enough for me.
- In the morning I slowly heat the porridge and stir in the raisins. In the meantime, remove the peel from the banana, wash and cut the apple.
- Put the porridge in a bowl and add to your mood and taste as you wish and then enjoy your meal 🙂 This is a very long breakfast AND healthy
