Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 portobello mushrooms, at least 10 cm in diameter
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 150 g Gorgonzola, ripe
- 1 tsp garlic, dried
- 1 tsp onion(s), dried
- 2 dashes fish sauce
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan-assisted). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Carefully remove the mushroom stems. Mix the minced meat with the cheese and the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Stuff the mushrooms with the minced meat and arrange the mushrooms flesh-side up on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Delicious as a starter or main course.
