Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 1 tomato(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- ¼ can corn
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the tuna if necessary. Cut everything into the desired size and mix with the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Per serving: approximately 300 kcal
