Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes. When the potatoes are tender, mash them with a potato masher. Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl and add the egg, grated cheese, diced ham, and parsley. Mix everything well and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with some cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown, if desired.
