Quick recipe for every day

Cook the cauliflower florets and potatoes in sufficient water with 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable stock powder until almost tender. Drain, reserving about 1 liter of water. Melt the butter in a saucepan and thicken it with the flour. Gradually add the water while stirring – half to start with, then add more as needed. Bring to a boil and season with vegetable stock powder, nutmeg, pepper, and salt, then add the parsley. Place the potatoes and cauliflower florets in a baking dish and sandwich the rolled ham between them. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
