Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 large potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Paprika powder
  • some Cremefine
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • n. B. herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick and easy

Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and then boil them until al dente. Chop the onion and set it aside. Cut the chicken breast into strips or chunks, as desired, and fry it in a pan with oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, pizza seasoning, and paprika to taste. Remove the meat from the pan, then add the potatoes and onions to the pan and fry over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the meat back in and season again. Add a little Cremefine and, if desired, a knob of herb butter. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
